SEND YOUR PACKAGE

Orders are shipped by Canada Post throughout Canada and by Globex for the United States. Note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery.

INFORMATION REGARDING OUR EXCHANGE POLICY, NO REFUNDS

For all exchanges, please fill out the exchange form completely including your name, date of purchase, style, size, color, etc. of the item purchased, as well as for the one you want in exchange. You will need to complete an exchange form for each item separately. You can check availability online. If the new item is no longer available, we will notify you. All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. In the event of a price difference, the balance will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

All returns must be returned to us within 10 days of the purchase date. The original tags must still be attached to the garment, the garment must not show any signs of alteration or wear. Please check the size chart, fabric composition and washing instructions before ordering a style. Purchasing an item without consulting this information will not be accepted as a reason for return.

We suggest you use a delivery method that will allow you to insure and track your return package. Keep the tracking number of your package for your records. We are not responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.

All shipping costs for an exchange will be your responsibility.

Sale items are non-refundable.

CHANGING THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE

Offer dates, prices or availability of items offered on our website may change without notice. We work tirelessly to only present available items and renew our stocks regularly. However, it is possible that an item, size or color is missing from inventory when you place your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation indicating the date of receipt, the availability and price of each item ordered as well as shipping costs. We may occasionally have to cancel an order placed on our website if, for example, the items ordered cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.

SALES TAX

In Canada, Luc Fontaine Design Inc. collects sales tax on products ordered through this website. The sales tax rate that will apply to an order depends on the order's shipping address. 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in all provinces, except in the following provinces where HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia Scotland, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (15%), Ontario (13%), and Prince Edward Island (14%). Additionally provincial sales tax is added to all orders in Quebec (9.975%), British Columbia (7%), Manitoba (8%) and Saskatchewan (6%).

Sales taxes do not apply on orders delivered to the United States.

Luc Fontaine Design Inc. is a Canadian company. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices in US dollars shown on our website are for informational purposes only and should not be considered exact prices. These are rather estimated currency conversions.

Luc Fontaine Design Inc. respects the confidentiality of your personal information. Your personal information will never be loaned or sold to anyone. We only share our customers' information with the third party shipping and credit card processing companies in order to ship and bill your order. We only provide the information strictly necessary to be able to ship and invoice your orders. We may also use your personal information to contact you about your order.
